Booking An Appointment / Trial Run Appointments
Please read the following:
Appointments are based on artist availability. We make every effort to accommodate your request for preferred dates and ask that you give us 2-3 date options and times to work with. Booking a trial run appointment early is recommended. Saturday and Sunday appointments will be accommodated only if artists are not otherwise booked to perform services.
Trial run and studio appointments can be booked:
Tuesday – Saturday 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
Sunday 11:00 am – 4:30 pm and based on artist availability
Monday our studio is closed for business.
Special Notes:
- A travel fee of $0.75 cents per mile / roundtrip will be applied to all bookings outside the Reno/*Sparks community. * Some restrictions may apply to bookings in Sparks – please inquire.
- Services requiring extended travel outside the Reno/Tahoe/Graeagle area may be charged specialized fees. In some cases hotel accommodations may be required.
- Early Start Fee $25 per artist / per hour – will be applied to services that require artist(s) to begin services prior to 8 am.
- Extended Touch Up Services are available by request. The charge is $50 per artist / per hour beyond the scheduled “Ready Time”.
Wedding Service Notes
- Travel fee applies to parties booked outside of the Reno/Sparks area unless otherwise noted in a Package. An unbalanced number of services such as “combined” (hair and makeup) or “same” (all hair or all makeup) services may be charged a travel fee. Call for specifics. * Some restrictions apply – please inquire
- TDB requires a minimum booking of 4 services (either “combined” (makeup and hair) or “same” (all makeup/all hair) for travel outside the Reno area.
- Travel fee = $0.75 per mile from studio (excluding Reno/Sparks) * Some restrictions may apply to bookings in Sparks – please inquire.
- Trial run appointments are available for Brides only. Trial run appointments are held in-studio, located in South Reno: Tuesday – Sunday and are based on Artist availability.
- A deposit of $150 will be taken before any services are scheduled.
- Deposit is Non-refundable.
- A credit card and credit card authorization form must be on file for all contracted services. TDB retains the right to charge the credit card on file for an added services and/or unpaid service requests.
- A transaction fee of 3.8% will be applied to all credit card charges. TDB happily accepts payments by check or credit card.
